UAP HEARINGS PT. 1

Ask most people to name the US military’s most advanced aircraft and they’ll mention stealth bombers, F-22s, and F-35s. I know because I ask people this all the time. Like a weirdo. Then I remind them that F-16s came online in the 60s and while the materials, sensor packages, weapon systems, range and payload have obviously come some way in the F-22 and F-35, the F-16s remain faster and more agile. I also point out that the Nazis had a flying wing jet engine bomber with radar absorbent surface materials in 1944. The US gobbled up all of that tech (and moved many of the engineers to New Mexico where they continued to be Nazis, but I digress).

So, the fundamental technology behind the aircraft everyone perceive to be cutting edge, is 50 to 80 years old. Closer in time to the Wright Bros. first flight in 1904 than to today.

By 1910, 6 years after the invention, we started putting guns on planes, because of course we did. You can follow the incremental evolution of engines and armaments from decade to decade thereafter… to a point. Pilots broke the sound barrier in the 40s, manned supersonic flight was perfected in the 50s while unmanned planes were surpassing Mach 4, manned Mach 2 craft and guided missile systems in the 60s, etc. As technology tends to do, advancement accelerated... until it apparently stopped around 1980.

So, 40 years after the first successful manned flight humans had a stealth bomber. Now 80 years after that, the cutting edge tech is still the stealth bomber? What other fields/industries stopped progress in the 70s in spite $50B to $80B+ annual black budgets, $2.3T unaccounted for at the Pentagon, billions more toward DARPA projects, private sector development by heavily resourced contractors, etc. Even if 50% of these resources were pilfered, which is not unlikely, there are surely aircraft that have been developed that don’t turn up on a Bing search.

As tech has advanced exponentially, so has the culture of secrecy. Millions of documents are classified every year. A pace that absolutely exploded after 2008. The NSA with 32,000 employees was formed in the 50s, but not publicly acknowledge until 1975. Janet Airlines has transported people in and out of Area 51 and similar facilities daily for decades. Area 51 was mentioned in documents from the Vietnam era but wasn’t publicly acknowledged by the CIA until 2013, and still, no one knows what’s going on there. Pre-dead Harry Reed claimed that most of what occurs there now is "invisible". Presumably deep underground-- like Space Force’s Cheyene Mountain Complex and rumored dozens more -- or actually invisible. Cloaked, light bending, undetectable.

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false." - William J. Casey, CIA Director (1981)

All this to say, when people believe they’ve witnessed objects that exceed our capabilities by several decades, that could easily be because the capabilities they’re familiar with, including the fighter pilots that testified before Congress this week, are several decades old.
